A+ Session 3 Theme: Test Preparation
ASC recognizes the negative impact the global pandemic has had on student learning, motivation, and success. Our learners need more academic support now more than ever! That is why we want to bring your child classes that motivate them to learn and grow academically inside and outside of our program. Do not let your child fall behind in school! Our program supplements your child’s current education with relevant curricula and practice to help get your child back on track in the midst of the pandemic.
In addition to developing your child’s test-taking skills, the A+ program also focuses on building your child’s life skills. Life skills include: time management, organization, goal-setting, and planning for a successful future. Through our classes, our students will become better learners and learn to take their skills beyond the A+ classroom.
The MCAS is coming – is your student ready? Enroll your student in our A+ Program to access study tips and tricks! The focus of our program this session is Test Preparation. We will provide your child with resources, knowledge, and practice to ensure their success on the MCAS, ISEE, SSAT, and SAT tests.

Test Preparation for Private Schools
If you wish to send your child to top private schools in Massachusetts, your child will need to ace the ISEE or the SSAT. A+ Program of Boston has 28 years’ experience in preparing school children for these exams and we are proud to say that our students have ranked in the 97, 98 or even 99th percentile!
This session, we will share with you the essential study skills that will greatly increase your child’s test scores and get them accepted at top private schools.
You will learn about and practice the following:
- The requirements to enter these top private schools and specifically the ISEE and SSAT.
- Executive functioning skills, which the Harvard Graduate School of Education has recognized as critical for students to reach academic excellence and excellence in their career and lives. These skills are rarely taught in school.
- Proven test-taking skills that the highest scoring students utilize to achieve perfect scores!
- What to look out for when taking exams in 2022.
